Our philanthropy efforts support both the local Okinawan community and the military families stationed here. Through annual scholarships, fundraising events, and volunteer initiatives, we’re proud to uplift those around us; whether it’s a helping hand, a financial boost, or simply showing up with heart. Every dollar raised and every hour volunteered reflects our commitment to service, connection, and community.
Scholarship
Each Year MOSCO provides scholarships from funds raised throughout the year. In the 2024-2025 season we provided $7,500 in scholarships.

In 2045-2-2025 MOSCO supported both local Okinawan and American Grants through AWWA with over $9,300. The organizations we supported in the 24'-25' season were:

Neighborhood Pantry
We also collected donations and over $430 for the neighborhood food pantry just before the holidays. At the end of the season MOSCO provided the Kinser food pantry with a new much needed refrigerator!
